Roo has the typical story of running in lower level races and just jot being competitive. He costs more money that he makes to be on the track and thats solely why he is starting too look for a new career. Really well built, solid bone, nice/solid topline. Retiring with no soundness issues and he has no vices.
He is a horse that will do better with a gentle handed rider, not someone that yanks in mouths or uses harsh bits.
Probably not your first restart option, but a solid option for anyone that has a little knowledge about an OTTB.
