Stitch is probably the best/safest ottb you could ever ask for. I wouldnt hesitate putting anyone on him from my kids to a first time rider wanting to learn, he is just THAT well behaved. He had works in all the way until last fall and was preparing to have his first race and during turnout a more dominant/aggressive horse ran him through a fence impaling him (see above link) We spent months healing his wound and it took a whole team, but it healed so well you would never look at him and notice it was there. He is a great friend to all but is equally happy alone. Loves his turnout. One of the easiest keepers you can ask for and gets around barefoot comfortably (has also had front shoes)
Absolutely NO vices. Being honest he is bot your next full time jumper. He will happily take you over the little stuff or whatever logs you may cross on the trails but there are horses that would farm more enjoy a life of mainly jumping. He will gladly take a kid or beginner over the x rails and 18in jumps. Rides English and western. Loves trails. Absolutely LOVES them and trail rides alone like a champ. You will never have to worry on this horse. He is truly as safe as they come and a diamond in the rough!
