Spike came in 100% racehorse and through the past month has really learned to just be a horse and become a total love bug. He is a horse that loves to learn, he is forgiving when he doesnt understand whats being asked and gives you 100% every single ride. Safe guy, does his best to please! We have spent majority of his rides doing trot work and I believe with more miles he is really going to come together and be a head turner.
Not spooky, impeccable manners, gets along with others at turnout... no vices or behavioral issues!
We will continue to put miles on him and watch him blossom.
Currently barefoot and doing well but outside of arena work would recommend front shoes.
