This guy left the track TODAY (6/20) and cane straight to the farm and went in the arena (which is the video above)
He is homebred and raised and was started late as a 4 year old. Unfortunately last year he did bow. He was taken home and fully rehabbed for a year and the owner made the tough decision to go ahead and part with him rather than start his race career as a 5yr old after she brought him back in training.
He was confused about my trailer but we gave him a little time and he did get on willingly, trailered well and unloaded fantastic. He is a big guy, but so gentle and quiet with fantastic manners. You can tell he was really loved and well cared for.
He is sound and has been sound while in training after his rehab. They are very small and I highly doubt they'll ever be career limiting for him, especially after given a correct rehab.
No vices. Ties well, came right into the farm like he had been there his whole life and wasnt the slightest bit spooky. He was really interested in my Mini horse and was very safe and respectful arpund my dog.
This guy has big presence and big movement! He is going to be a fun one!!
