Joe's adorable. That is the first thing I have to say. Second, he is a total Gentleman with a great brain and so kind! He is an adorable little mover that has traveled around and "been there/done that" while spending his spring/summer/fall racing and going down south for the winter to be a horse and relax on the farm! He is very amateur and first restart friendly and should adjust easily to his new surroundings bc he does get ample farm time. He has an old set of osselets, they are at least 2 years old and he has never taken a bad step on them. Great option for someone on a budget looking for a solid horse!
