This guy is simply stunning. He has had a long race career, BUT he has not been over raced an he has been taken care of allowing him to retire sound with very cold/tight legs. Just left training a week ago, the video you see is his first turnout (will continue acclimating and learn to adjust to a small herd)
Has a killer work ethic and loves to have a job and purpose. He would thrive off of routine, not being thrown out in a field and used occasionally. Trailers well, good to handle, good to groom. He can be a little pushy on the ground to an extremely timid person bc he is fairly large and very stout. Good in the stall. No vices or behavioral issues. He has loved being a racehorse and has known and done his job well. Obviously getting a bit older for racing and they are not taking him into the winter meet. There is NO other reason for retirement.
Has not had any post track rides at this time.
