This is probably one of the prettiest TBs I have ever seen. He is absolutely breathtaking!! He is a colt but is a very well behaved colt with good manners. Unfortunately he ran into a bit of bad luck one night last week.... a filly ended uo getting loose in the shedrow in the middle of the night and with that he ended up trying to get to her and got his back leg caught up in the gate. Xrays were taken and everything looks normal but they do not have the ability to properly ultrasound the stifle on the racetrack. The owner does not have the time or means to rehab him while sitting at the track so he is looking for a home. References WILL be required and you must have a place safe for a stud colt.
I have hope he will fully recover and be something very fancy in second career but he also is nice enough to cross with AB mares and make some gorgeous sport babies.
Please do not inquire if you do not have rehab knowledge or knowledge of young colts. Though he is VERY well mannered it is important.
Light hand walking will be important bc as you can clearly see in the pics he is resting the hurt leg which is causing the other leg to stock up.
I have given all information that i have after speaking with both the training, the supervising vet, and the state track vet.
** PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME FOR MORE INFORMATION. I HAVE GIVEN ALL THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE. IT IS A REHAB AND BY KNOWING THAT YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING TO ACCEPT THAT RISK. IF YOU WANT THE XRAYS THEY CAN BE EMAILED TO YOU**
