Pushing 17'2hh if not considered already there. This guy is smart, sensible, and athletic. He has settled right in to a new environment with zero issues or drama. Has been loving turnout and the freedom of being a horse, but is ready to start a new job and have a routine as he seems to thrive with work and really enjoys having a purpose. No vices and no behavioral issues. Retiring without injuries, simply was running lower levels and not making any money. Has a scar on his side from a fence accident as a weaning that does not have any effect on his athletic ability, soundness, or comfort. Gets along well with other horses. ZERO DRAMA.
He has NOT been formally "restarted" but we haven played around with him and taken him outside on a few small trails, which he absolutely loved. Was nothing but calm, cool collected. He never looked around, never spooked, and never stopped, turned around, bolted, or anything else naughty. Was 100% a gem and a gentleman the entire ride. Did notice quickly he has a very good/soft mouth, responds well to the seat, and he has instant autochanges at the shift of your weight. I have a feeling this guy is going to be quite the superstar as a sport horse and a very fun ride as he is extremely willing and game and he has a phenomenal brain to go with it.
