Retired to the pasture sound in 2019 and her owner was hoping she could get a foal or 2 from her bc she really loved this mares over all demeanor. Unfortunately the first time she got in foal she aborted and the second time she did not take.. there was no work up done. I cannot tell you any further information about reproductive other than she likely isn't a broodmare candidate.
Sweetest little thing you'll ever meet! She is a chunk naturally, her pictures do not do her justice. Great movement and a huge stride for her size! She was brought into the track as a last resort bc her owner really didn't want to get rid of her and wanted to find her a job to do on the track but reality is, she cannot afford to feed an extra horse right now and she would be best suited to find a loving home.
Currently barefoot. No vices or known soundness issues.
She has been in a stall for over 2 weeks due to the negative Temps and crazy rains right after so she was feeling a little frisky coming out ... was still very easy to handle and work with though.
100% amateur friendly. She could be a lesson horse with a few miles.
Great brain and a great disposition. I have a lot of people message me asking for safe and kind types and she is going to be just that... the perfect 1st restart!
