Yes, she's that tiny. Very sweet, kind, and well behaved. She has good manners and is quiet. Lovely movement! She has a really nice stride for such a small horse. I doubt she's going to grow much, but she does have the ability to fill out and be stout. No vices, no behavioral issues. Amateur friendly. Retiring sound, just not going to make it as a racehorse.
