This guy has a bit of a past... he has an old bow that he has raced on, it is cold and set. A non issue. His issue lies in he had some behavioral issues on the track. He was passed around, pushed hard and personally I just think he didnt want to be a racehorse and it was the only way he could communicate. He has been with us about a month and I will say he has been nothing but loving and kind. I do think he needs a little time to be a horse, start loving life and just come down before being restarted but he genuinely LOVES being work with, he loves ground work, he is willing and has been 100% non reactive. He has turned out with a mixed her and been lower on the totem pole and minded his pwn business, he has been outwith yearlings and taken care of them and been kind to them. I do want to be upfront once again he did act out at the track... I do think off track he is going to be an amazing partner that wants to be loved and treated with kindness.
Would be a great option for someone educated that likes to work and build a strong bond!
I have thoroughly enjoyed his being in the barn and would love to see someone give him the same chance!
