Dale came to us towards the end of the fall meet before his connections went across country for winter racing. He settled into the farm easily and transitioned to everything well. One of the easiest horses. Loves to be outside but equally fine in a stall. He has lived outside 24/7 and thoroughly enjoyed it.
He has been barefoot and was very comfortable but with the ground so hard and frozen and as much as I try to get horses outside i did decide to put front shoes on. Absolutely NO vices. He is an amateur friendly restart, is smart and willing and really loves to have a job and a purpose. Low man on the totem pole, he is never going to beat up your other horses. He is thick and overall a great looking horse, solid, and good bone.
He IS an easy keeper.
