Cubbie is a good girl and has been a great patient over the last month. In her last race (5/17) she bowed her tendon. She IS a part of our Not for profit and has been put on the right track with gel casts and standing warps. Cubbie is looking for a home that wants to finish her (easy) rehab but will need a facility that can have her on stall rest for the next few months before transitioning to turnout. Tendon is setting nicely and legs are tight... If rehabbed correctly can easily go in any direction.
Recommend someone who has knowledge of racehorses and also has a slow kind approach, she is NOT a beginner friendly horse to learn on but should be able to be handled fine by a knowledgeable horseman. Quiet and content in her stall, loves to eat, very happy with a neighbor to keep her company.
