Crossings story is a bit funny, he made almost 100k, but he never won a race (lol) and to be totally honest I dont know how he hit the board at all bc he has no desire to go anywhere fast. Very mellow, very laid back, very just go with the flow. I dont see him having any big aspirations as a high level jumper or a fancy rated horse, but I can tell you he is SAFE and would be a heck of a school horse and is a heck of a reliable horse to take out on the trails. Could be a fantastic reliable hilltopper. Retired off the track last summer and was thrown out to pasture at his owners farm and they didnt want to leave him without a job being so young and capable. He has done a little bit of everything since then. He has been stalled and he has also lived outside 24/7. We have had him barefoot, but will say with harder ground and terrain he is much more comfortable in front shoes.
Absolutely NO vices or behavioral issues. Idk that its possible to get him to spook, as he just doesnt care about anything. Good for the farrier, the vet, and good loading and trailers well. Stands cross tied, good manners, and just an all around no drama type horse.
Gets along well with other horses and is low man, would never go after another horse.
Good home is ab absolute must.
