Congrats is a horse for anyone. Enjoy him all to yourself, with a barn of students, or with your family. He is calm, cool and collected with a have "not in a rush to get anywhere" attitude, which is self explanatory on why he is not going to be a racehorse. Not spooky. No vices. No behavioral issues. Impeccable ground manners.
He is a big, stout guy that will likely fill out a ton off the track.
Legs are cold and blemish free. He is a little muscle sore and could use a week in a paddock left alone (nothing more, nothing less)
Athletic enough to take you where you want to go, kind enough to teach others a new found love of horses.
