Joe is a solid steady eddy type guy. He doesnt have a mean bone in his body, is quiet, calm, and just consistent with his behavior. Has a GREEN osselet that needs to set ... if you want my personal opinion, he is FAR from broken. Needs a little turnout time, the osselet will set and will likely never cause a problem again (may need some type of joint supplement but maybe not) Would be an asset to a barn looking for a cheap lesson horse with multiple purposes or an amatuer looking for a more low key and steady eddy guy.
