Petty was bred, raised, and raced by his connections so they know everything about him. He is a stand up guy with good manners, a good attitude, and a great disposition. Low starts, only 4 and never has hit the board.... he just isnt going to cut it as a racehorse. Decent bone, he is by no means a small horse and has tons of room to fill out and fill in. He's matured beyond being a young 3yr old and should be a relatively easy restart. Absolutely no soundness issues.
FULL DISCLOSURE- he does crib, he does wear a collar.
He is wearing a lip chain only bc we had bad thunderstorms (watch the video and see the rain) it went from mild down pours to thunder and lightning all morning and was just for safety.
He does have some very minor superficial missing skin on his leg (see pics) was playing in his stall and simply skinned it, nothing more and nothing less.
