She made a little over 50k and is retiring with no known injuries or soundness issues minus the small split that was removed (see photos)
Easily adapting to farm life and a turnout routine while also making friends. Good manners, not spooky, and easy to work with. Loads wonderful, trailers well, ties great to be groomed. She has NOT had any post track rides at this time.
She is not going to be a competitive race candidate through the winter on the tracks artificial surface. Easy keeper and a good eater.
She is a tad body sore but I firmly believe all this mare needs is a little turnout to loosen up and give her body a break, and maybe a visit or two from the chiropractor... nothing more.
Amateur friendly restart and she is the type that will adapt and pick up things quickly.
Back shoes are off, only in fronts.
